Take two...

Today was Isaac's 1st full day at school. And this morning went much better than the last. He was very excited to see Ms. Johnson this morning; he had to show her his black shirt. He is so proud of his uniform! He says that he worked a Pooh and Tigger puzzle and that they read a book about a turtle's 1st day of school. He is very excited about school and is ready to go back tomorrow.

Last night when I was trying to clean up the kitchen, I neglected to keep an eye on little Alex. Well, before I knew it, this is what happened.

Apparently Alex wanted cookies, and he couldn't wait for me to get them. So, after he spilled them in the floor, he decided to try to see how many he could carry at one time!

Isaac decided he would help Alex clean them up.

When I was searching for the broom last night, I found this outside on the deck...

Sooo Pretty!

Before and After

Today was Isaac's first day at school. He was excited when he got up this morning. Well, except for wanting to wear his black shirt instead of the purple one... He even wanted to carry his bag into the school building. But then, something happened. He was very unhappy about being at school. So, here are some pictures of before and after he got to school.

I was a little concerned when Isaac started crying when I left him at school. But, he told me this afternoon that he "had a nice day at school". So, I asked him what they did today and the first thing he said was that he had cookies and apple juice. As we talked about it some more, he said that they read a book about a lost duck and one about a boy and a tree and a leprechaun. So, it sounds like he had a good first day afterall!

So excited...

We all went to school today to register Isaac. He was so excited! He couldn't wait to talk to his teacher. He just had to show her his new shoes! He enjoyed it so much that he didn't want to leave. Tomorrow is his first day of school. I can't believe he's grown up so fast!

So this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship...

I decided since I like to read everyone else's blog, I would join the crazy world of blogging.

I hope that some of you find this to be somewhat entertaining, or at least a way to know what's going on in my world.

This is a picture of my oldest son, Isaac. Unbelievably, he will be starting pre-Kindergarten at David Lipscomb next Friday! I can't believe how time has flown!

This is my younger son, Alex. He is becoming more and more like his brother... Always into something. Most of time he's getting into trouble!

That's all for now!
